The First Public Announcement

In accordance with “The Environment Impact AssessmentAct of China” and the "Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects", Anhui Tangxing Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. entrusted Anhui Xianrun Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. to undertake the environmental impact assessment of the "Trenchless Equipment Industrial Park Project". In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Decree No.4 of Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order of People's Republic of China). The first public announcement of the environmental impact assessment of the proposed project is as follows:

Project Location: New industrial district, Datong District, Huainan City, Anhui Province

Construction Content and Scale: The project covers an area of 1,000,000 square meters, the area of the factory buildings up to 55,000 square meters, the R&D center is 12,000 square meters, and 200 sets of production equipment are purchased. Once the project is fully completed， the average annual output value will reach more than 78 million USD dollars , and the annual production capacity can be up to 500 sets of trenchless tunnel boring machines.

4.Public Comment Form Download Address

In the process of preparing the draft of the environmental impact report for the construction project, the public can download the ‘Public Comment Form’ in Appendix 1 and fill in comments related to the environmental impact assessment during the construction and operation of the project.

5. PublicCommentForm Submitting Method 

After the relevant information is disclosed, the public can express oral or written opinions to the construction organization or environmental impact assessment organization by telephone, fax, letter, e-mail or other approaches, and can also further discuss the unclear condition of the project.

The public is requested to provide accurate personal information in the survey, including name, occupation, education, home or work address and contact number, so as to provide feedback as needed.

In the process of preparing the draft of the environmental impact report, all the public can submit comments related to the environmental impact assessment to the construction unit.
